More Info$150,000 Gift to Pediatric Intensive Care Unit
For over nine years, the Saskatchewan Fire Fighters Calendar has supported maternal and children’s health-care, with proceeds benefiting Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation. Thanks to the continued support of calendar purchasers, event participants, and dedicated Fire Fighters from communities across the province we’re proud to help meet the highest-priority needs of Saskatchewan children and their families.
The Saskatchewan Fire Fighters Calendar’s meaningful support and ongoing commitment of $150,000 has been gratefully recognized through the naming of a Patient Room in the province’s only dedicated Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital.
The PICU specializes in complex medical care and transport for critically ill or injured children across Saskatchewan. From April 2025 to March 2026, the Saskatchewan Health Authority reported over 400 visits to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit within Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital, with 60% of families visiting from outside the Saskatoon area.
The calendar initiative reflects Fire Fighters’ commitment to protecting and supporting Saskatchewan families both through our emergency response work and our philanthropic efforts making a meaningful impact in the lives of Saskatchewan families when they need it most.
100% of the proceeds from the Calendar project goes to Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation.
